Job Summary
This position involves the programming, integration, and deployment of web / phone-based surveys including the Quality Assurance process.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Scripting market research surveys using different software platforms, including Voxco, Q-Fi, Decipher, and others.
- Leveraging back-end databases to integrate functionality across platforms.
- Integration of other platforms, including data reporting and graphical display, into a cohesive, client-facing output.
- Image processing and media integration into various platforms.
- Communicating issues to the Project Manager / Account Manager.
- Reviewing client-provided documentation, providing feedback and potential amendments.
- Working to creatively solve the problems and meet the challenges presented by the business needs.
- Web programming (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and layout.
- Demonstrable SQL programming experience.
- Knowledge of Python, Perl, and working with large data sets to produce and integrate data across applications.
- Media – video, and photo – editing capabilities preferred.
- Review and QC work product
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- University/College degree
- Working knowledge of existing survey programming software platforms, including Voxco, Q-Fi, Decipher, and others would be an asset
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Competence with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work effectively both with a team as well as independently
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Detailed focused and deadline-oriented
- An ongoing focus and desire for excellent client service
- Mobile contact and remote access will be required on an ongoing basis
- After-hours availability as required
