Like so many long-time Logit employees, Matthew Proulx has grown up with the company, and the market research industry.
He started as an interviewer at a call centre in Capreol, Ontario in 2007, and worked his way up towards his current Project Manager role.
“The job is always intellectually stimulating,” he says. “There’s something new to figure out every day.”
With a mix of CATI and online work in his portfolio, Matthew enjoys the pace, progress, and process of the role.
“It’s so much more than just calling people on the phone,” he says, “and creating online invites has come a long way from the days of manual HTML.”
As the industry embraces more innovative methods of market research including SMS and multi-mode methodologies, Matthew is able to add new tools to his arsenal and adopt the latest technologies to further improve Logit’s offerings to clients.
“When certain projects go smoothly, that’s what I live for.”
