The Challenge
The study tracked both the usage and influence of products with the IT decision makers and their organizations throughout the year to determine which new technologies and products were of greatest importance.
Our Solution
The client leveraged Logit’s proprietary double opt-in ITDM panel, Commun-IT. Using the panel, our client was able to set quotas for IT decision makers, business decision makers, and software developers to better understand how each segment influenced and used their products and services.
Using our proprietary ITDM panel, the client was also able to re-contact the sample at key intervals throughout the year to see how opinions had changed after major product launches.
The Results
The client was able to better understand usage trends and forecast additional spending opportunities for their users for enterprise IT products and services. They were also able to better understand who within the company was most responsible for influencing the purchase decision and identify the stakeholders for ultimate purchase decision-making.
