Position Summary

With over 150 employees globally and offices in five countries, Logit is looking for an energetic and motivated Marketing Manager to join our growing company.
You’ll build and lead Logit’s modern B2B marketing engine, owning brand, demand generation, product and solutions marketing, content, digital, events, PR, customer marketing (retention and expansion), and marketing operations.
What Impact You Can Create at Logit
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website content, social media, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns, to drive engagement and lead generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives
- Design and execute collateral (with external support) alongside internal stakeholders and partners
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Prepare and present marketing performance reports to senior management, extracting key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies
- Oversee the planning and execution of trade shows and marketing events, ensuring events are well promoted and effectively communicated before, during, and after
- Develop content for business development teams and conferences, including presentations and event materials, ensuring all content is relevant, client-oriented, and value-driven
- Manage website performance, landing pages, and CRM lead flows
- Work alongside external agencies and internal marketing support where applicable
Working Conditions and Environment
- Mobile contact and remote access will be required on an ongoing basis
- After-hours availability as required
- Ongoing support and mentoring from Managing Partners
- The Marketing Manager is a managerial role and is therefore exempt from overtime compensation under federal and local wage and hour laws, consistent with executive and administrative exemptions
- This is a remote position. Travel to head office locations and conferences will be required
What You Will Bring to This Role
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing; experience in market research, data and analytics, professional services, or SaaS preferred
- Strong understanding of brand building and integrated marketing communications
- Comfort working with data, including setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and making adjustments based on results
- Experience leveraging AI in the marketing function and a desire to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business results
- Strong experience with social media platforms, SEO, AEO, and content creation
- Hands-on familiarity with graphic design, web, or social media platforms
- Experience with Logit’s core technology stack, including Trello, HubSpot, and Microsoft Teams
- Exposure to paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate marketing needs to leadership and executive stakeholders
